Is it better to do this, or to remove the executable bit? |

I don't know. There are other scripts there that have execute bit set with shebangs and there are scripts with no shebangs or execute bit. But if the execute bit has been set, I expect to be able to execute it. |

Fix the version of `doc_overindented_list_items`. It actually will be in 1.86.0, not 1.80.0. (rust-lang#136209 has a milestone of 1.86.0) changelog: none
